Michelle Martin is the founder of C3 for Women™, an association where women business owners Connect, Collaborate and Create success! Known by clients and colleagues as “The Connector,” Michelle continues to go above and beyond the call of duty to link more and more women to each other, and is genuinely interested in seeing them grow and succeed. Her mission through C3 for Women™ is to connect women business owners to the Knowledge, Resources and Support needed to create a profitable business and a purposeful life.
Michelle is the former publisher of Fort Worth Metro Woman, a local resource guide for women in the Fort Worth area. During her term as publisher, she modeled business success strategies that resulted in multiple years of six-figure revenue. In 2010, Michelle was honored with a nomination from her peers and named a Finalist for the International Femtor Business Matchmaker of the Year Award. Letters of recommendation noted her “clear professional success and her impact on the world,” plus her unique “gift for helping other women achieve their full potential on a personal and professional level.”

Victoria Snee is an AP Award winning journalist. She joined MIX 102.9 in 2007 as co-host of the morning drive radio show "The Morning Mix." Prior to joining the show in a full-time capacity, she was a regular weekly contributor of fashion and entertainment segments. In 2009, she was named one of Dallas’ Ten Most Beautiful Women by D Magazine. Victoria has covered lifestyle, fashion and entertainment stories in DFW for more than a decade working as a reporter on CW33 News at Nine. She regularly traveled to Los Angeles and New York City interviewing major Hollywood stars at movie premieres and red carpet events.
Victoria started her broadcast career working on FOX 4's morning show "Good Day" before leaving to take her first on-camera position at the NBC affiliate in Wichita Falls, Texas. She has also worked in radio at the USA Radio Network and KDGE 102.1 The Edge. Victoria is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas with a BA in Broadcast Journalism. Victoria lives in Plano with her husband, former FOX 4 News reporter, Jeff Crilley.
