C3 for Women's℠ exclusive Synergy Group program offers the opportunity to collaborate and brainstorm ideas with a select small group of women business owners who share similar goals and a commitment to growth. It is our belief that women in business benefit from having a “sounding board” of trusted peers who are dedicated to helping each other excel.

If you answered “Yes!” to any of the above questions, you will benefit from participating in a C3 for Women℠ Synergy Group. Using a “mastermind” model, Synergy Groups are led by an experienced facilitator who understands the difficulties and challenges of running a successful small business.
The Synergy Group program isn’t for everyone. You will benefit and be successful in the program if you are ready to make changes, are looking to improve your skills, are willing to teach others through sharing your own experiences, and are willing to learn from the experiences of your group.
What is a "Mastermind" group?
Napoleon Hill first introduced the concept of Mastermind Groups more than 70 years ago, realizing that the synergy created by a group of minds working together for a common purpose FAR outweighs the power of one mind working alone. According to Mr. Hill “no two minds ever come together without, thereby,creating a third, invisible, intangible force which may be likened to a third mind.”
What is Required?
Participation in a Success Group requires a commitment from each member of the group to attend monthly meetings, maintain the highest level of confidentiality, participate in worthwhile discussions, and seek positive outcomes for challenges presented to the group.
